Information we process
Kasaloma Games may process account details supplied by business clients, game and launch identifiers, API request metadata, browser/device information, referring or permitted domains, play events, duration and score information. Where an IP-derived identifier is needed for analytics or abuse controls, the platform stores a salted cryptographic hash rather than the raw IP address.
How information is used
Information is used to provide client access, enforce game assignments and domain restrictions, create secure launch sessions, operate APIs, measure game performance, protect the platform and provide client-specific analytics.
Security and credentials
Client passwords are handled by WordPress authentication. API secrets are displayed only when created and are stored by Kasaloma as cryptographic hashes. Clients are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and rotating or revoking them when needed.
Retention and access
Operational and analytics records may be retained for service administration, reporting, security and contractual purposes. Business clients can access analytics associated with their own account; the Master Control Centre can access platform-wide operational data.
